30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Log in to your AfriFashion account
• Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return
• Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange
• Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package
• Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier location

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
